House Renovation

One of our latest exciting projects is the comprehensive renovation of a dark family townhouse, transforming it into a modern, light-filled home. Key elements of the project included:

•    Space Optimization: We reconfigured the layout by removing certain walls to enhance the flow of natural light and create a more open, flexible living environment.
•    Functional Design: The redesigned space features two reception rooms and four bedrooms, catering to the dynamic needs of a growing family.
•    Modern Upgrades: We installed new heating, electrical and Sonos systems, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and updated bathrooms and utility room. Additionally, new flooring with underfloor heating was added throughout the house.
•    Blend of Old and New: While preserving key aspects of the original design, we introduced modern finishes and contemporary elements. The neutral colour scheme added a touch of luxury, making the space both functional and inviting.
•    Value Enhancement: The final result was a beautiful, contemporary interior that significantly increased the property’s value.
