Milena Hutchings
Milena is the driving force behind Milena Hutchings Design. She is an accomplished property professional and interior designer with real passion and dedication, adding value through a true appreciation of what makes successful interior design.
Milena has a real depth of real estate expertise and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2003. She graduated from the University of Building Construction, Design and Architecture in Sofia and later took up Property Valuation and Law at City University, London. Milena has since worked with some of the most discerning names in the property world such as Cushman & Wakefield and Design & Construct, London - which have taught her the value of perseverance, teamwork and, above all, understanding client requirements and adding value through creative ideas to fit any space and budget.
Following in the family tradition, Milena has set up her own development company and successfully acquired and developed property abroad. Over a period of time, she realised that true fulfilment would only come if she fused her profession with her passion for design and fashion and hence she started a new venture in interior design. She graduated from the prestigious KLC school of design in London, and Milena Hutchings Design was born.
